ACCESS

The festival is not accessible by car. Take a free Polaris shuttle bus to reach “Carrefour” bus stop which is located next to the entrance of the festival. The shuttles are available from the resort of Verbier and from “Médran” gondolas. The gondolas going to “Le Châble” are running non-stop until 23:50.

PARKING & TAXIS

2 parking lots are available when arriving by car in Verbier : “Parking Périn” and “Parking Ermitage”. You can also leave your car at “Le Châble” gondolas parking (last gondolas = 23:50).

CASHLESS

This event is cashless. Don’t forget to bring your credit, debit or post card. TWINT is also accepted.

AGE

Polaris Festival 2023 welcomes guests who are 18 years of age or older. Don’t forget to bring your ID.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

The Main Stage is located in a heated dome at 1’650m but extreme cold temperatures and snow can be expected outside. Weather and temperature conditions can change quickly. Make sure to wear warm clothes and appropriate shoes.

OPENING & CLOSING TIMES

On Fridays : from 16:00 until 02:00
On Saturdays : from 15:00 until 02:00

BEFORE SUNSET TICKETS

Enjoy the best time of the day with a discount ticket However, please note the following conditions:

1. Access to the festival is strictly restricted before 5 pm on Saturdays and 6 pm on Fridays. 2. Exiting the festival is final, and re-entry is not possible without paying an additional fee.

If you arrive late, you’ll have to pay an extra fee. The festival location is approximately 15 minutes away from the main parking area in Verbier. Please plan your journey accordingly. Thank you!
